Join us for a transformative retreat that goes beyond a simple getaway. Over five days and four nights, you'll have the opportunity to reconnect with your body, breath, and nature while bonding with a small community by the sea. Each day begins with fresh air and calm, offering you a choice between dynamic Reformer Pilates or invigorating kitesurf lessons, both led by experienced instructors. In the afternoons, we'll gather for guided Mat Pilates on beach, along with activities such as journaling, meditation, and time to relax or explore, creating a harmonious balance of movement, stillness, connection, and personal time.
